❌ No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
Please ensure you review all product details, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

✅ Exceptions (Only If Applicable)

We only offer replacements or store credit in the following rare cases:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

📩 In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@animeworlds.in with the following details:

• Your Order ID
• Clear images/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Unboxing video (optional but helpful for faster processing)

⏳ Refund Timeline (If Approved)

If your request is approved for a replacement or store credit, please allow a minimum of 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) to process your refund or dispatch your replacement.
