All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high demand or special sales, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you informed in such cases.

🚛 Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days (depending on your location).
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (available in select areas).
Delivery times may vary based on product availability, holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship all over India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

💸 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
A flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below ₹999 (calculated at checkout).

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real-time.

📬 Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping:

Contact our support team at info@animeworlds.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve it quickly or issue a replacement if necessary.

❗ Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Anime World is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

📦 Pre-Orders or Custom Items

If your order includes pre-order items or made-to-order/customized products, the shipping time may vary. It will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
